​Includes applying for a request to obtain a Certificate of Registration in the Industrial Register after obtaining the Industrial License Certificate & Commercial Registration Certificate, which should be applied for within 60 days from actual production commencement. This also includes requests for Renewal required on an annual basis for all operating factories. 

The Regulatory Law: Law No. (81) of the year 2006 with respect to approving the Common Industrial Law of the GCC and the Ministerial Resolution No. (11) of 2009, with respe​ct to promulgating the Implementing Regulation of the Common Industrial Law of the GCC

Procedure:​

1. Please apply for obtaining a Certificate of Registration in the Industrial Register / Renewal through www.industry.bh 
2. You will be contacted to complete all required information and documents and site visit conducted (as necessary).
3. The Certificate of Registration in the Industrial Register will be issued with 1 year validity and expiry date synchronized with CR expiry date.​
