The Ministry of Industry and Commerce, represented by the Information Systems Directorate, has officially launched the third edition of its initiative, the “Digital Business Champions Overseas for Companies and Factories” program. The launch comes in collaboration with Export Bahrain and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), with the participation of several leading and mentor companies and factories in the Kingdom, including (National Bank Of Bahrain B.S.C, Alnafnoofi Online For Trading Via Internet, Lalabella Events W.L.L, DHL International (Bahrain) W.L.L.,   Jeejewels Jewelry W.L.L, Donas Wonders W.L.L, Natural Forever Cosmitic, Doo Technology Solutions and Export Bahrain).

These participating mentor entities will play a key role in supporting the program by sharing their experience and expertise with companies, establishments and factories seeking to begin exporting internationally through digital business channels. They will also deliver a series of specialized advisory sessions tailored to program participants. 

This program forms part of the Ministry’s strategic initiatives aimed at supporting and advancing the digital business sector. The Ministry continues to prioritize this sector through meticulous planning, ongoing development and the effective implementation of initiatives that strengthen digital trade and contribute to the Kingdom’s growing digital economy. 

The program seeks to enhance export capabilities through digital business channels for companies, commercial establishments and factories. It aims to strengthen their readiness, expand their global presence and increase the contribution of digital business activities to national exports. The initiative also encourages companies and establishments to accelerate their digital transformation. 

The Ministry emphasized that the program presents a valuable opportunity for companies and factories aspiring to enter the digital export field and benefit from the knowledge and expertise of industry leaders.
