Saudi Investor Center is one of the distinctive channels of services provided by MOIC. It aims at facilitating and expediting the procedures of Saudi investors for businesses in Bahrain and promoting investments through more facilities and incentives. MOIC seeks to provide all the services needed by the Saudi investor through this Center and a specialized management to provide all services and follow up with the government agencies licensing and approving commercial businesses. The Center provides Saudi investors and companies an opportunity to avail themselves of the listing services on the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) by establishing a linkage to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and facilitating procedures so that the Saudi investor can use his investment account and buy shares directly on the BHB.
About the Saudi Investor Center:
Within the framework of the results of the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, First Deputy Prime Minister to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in February 2017, the Saudi Investor Center established in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The idea of establishing the center starts with the keenness of His Highness to strengthen brotherly relations and strengthen the bridges of cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC countries to support the Gulf joint market, which promotes the development of trade and industrial sectors and trade exchange among them.
The Saudi Investor Center provides all services related to commercial records to investors including:
1. Receipt of applications for registration and amendments of the companies and individual establishments for Saudi investors electronically according to the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In addition, issuing the registers thereof after confirming that they have obtained the necessary approvals electronically from the related official bodies.
2. Dealing with investors in case of visiting the center to provide all services to facilitate the issuance of commercial records, including response to queries , finding solutions to obstacles and guiding the investors in all matters related to the commercial registration.
