The Commercial Companies Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain is regulates the affairs of public and closed joint stock companies, shareholding companies, limited liability companies, holding companies, the transformation and expiry of companies and the practice of foreign companies for their activities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
