The Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce is dedicated to safeguarding the rights and interests of consumers. Our mission is to create a fair and transparent marketplace, where consumers can confidently engage in economic activities while being protected from fraudulent practices and unfair treatment. We strive to ensure that businesses and traders operate with integrity, adhering to ethical standards and fulfilling their obligations towards consumers. Through effective regulation, enforcement, and education, we aim to empower consumers with knowledge and awareness, enabling them to make informed choices and assert their rights.
