Trademark e-Services:
This site facilitates the electronic filing of trademark applications and allows changes to be made to the registered marks, such as changing the owner and the representative or transferring ownership. A grievance can also be lodged against the refusal to register a mark or objection to its registration, along with various other services.

Patents e-Services:
This portal facilitates online filing for patents and allows uploading all required documents. Patent applicants are able to process all their “Requests for changes” such as change of owner, change of agent, change of owner details or change of agent details as well as annual payments for all of their applications. Patent applicants can view the status of their applications; send requests; receive replies, notifications, certificates and reminders through this portal.

Industrial Design e-Services:
This portal facilitates online filing for Industrial Designs and allows uploading all required documents. Industrial Designs applicants are able to process all their “Requests for changes” such as change of owner, change of agent, change of owner details or change of agent details as well as annual payments for all of their applications.

Click on "Trademark Services".
Choose application for registration of national mark.
Choose the mark type that you want to register with reading all the instructions, then click on “start”.
On the following pages, you must enter all the data related to the mark and then approving it by clicking on "Save and Continue".
You will be taken to the preview and payment page to confirm all data entered, and to choose the payment method and at the end receive the application receipt with the application reference number.

Click on "Trademark Services".
Login.
Click “Grievance / Opposition”.
Click on “Application for opposition Against a Mark Registration” with reading all the instructions, then click on “start”.
On the following pages, you must enter all the data related to the Opposition against a mark registration and then approving it by clicking on "Save and Continue".
You will be taken to the preview and payment page to confirm all data entered, and to choose the payment method and at the end receive the application receipt.

Click on "Trademark Services".
Login.
Click “Grievance / Opposition”.
Click on “Grievance Against rejection of registering a mark or suspend a mark on a condition in front of the Grievance Committee” with reading all the instructions, then click on “start”.
On the following pages, you must enter all the data related to the Grievance Against rejection of registering a mark and then approving it by clicking on "Save and Continue".
You will be taken to the preview and payment page to confirm all data entered, and to choose the payment method and at the end receive the application receipt.
